XU Tech Labs is the parent. Two arms operate underneath it, held to the same engineering standard and kept deliberately separate, so that a client engagement and a platform launch never compete for the same roadmap.

How we operate

One team carries a build from the first conversation to the production deploy, and stays on it afterwards. Nothing is translated through an account manager on the way to an engineer, and nothing is handed to a subcontractor you have never spoken to. The people who scope the work build the work.
