What sits under the name.
XU Tech Labs is a holding brand, not a trading one. Two things operate underneath it, and they are kept separate so that a client engagement and a product launch never have to share a roadmap.

Our own SaaS, built out of problems the client work keeps surfacing. Each ships under its own brand rather than this one, and none is announced yet.
How we operate
Most software goes wrong in the gaps — between the person who sold it, the person who designed it, and the person who has to make it run.
We keep the team small enough that those gaps do not exist. One group takes a project from the first conversation to the production deploy and stays on afterwards. Nothing is translated through an account manager on the way to a developer, and nothing is handed to a subcontractor you have never spoken to.
It also means we say no to work we cannot do properly. The projects on this site are the complete list, not a curated slice of a much larger one.
