The case
The problem
A brochure site was failing to convert. Renovation is a high-consideration purchase and customers could not picture the outcome, so the decision stalled at exactly the point where the business needed it to move.
What we built
A real-time 3D configurator that runs in the browser with nothing to install. Customers walk into a rendered bathroom, swap fixtures and finishes from the live product catalogue, and place items directly into the scene. Finished designs are saved against an email so the conversation continues after the tab closes.
