The case
The problem
Inventory, accounting, sales and orders each lived in a separate system. Stock records drifted out of true, workflows were manual, and nobody could see the state of the business without stitching exports together by hand.
What we built
One platform with five integrated modules. Stock moves propagate in real time, so a sale on the POS is visible in inventory and accounting the moment it lands. Role-based access keeps floor staff, accounting and ownership in the same system without stepping on each other.
